Word by the Chairman Founder
President's words
I was barely eleven years old when Martin Luther King was assassinated in April 1968. The television images of that attack had a special impact on my life. Had a dream. His speech became world history. Your dream has come true.
At the age of 12 I also had a dream in my heart: to become a mother to all the street children. Every night when I went to pray before going to sleep, I saw in front of me all those scared looks and dirty faces of begging children. “If only I had a fortune to help all these children,” I said to God. He didn’t give me a fortune, but he gave me my dream. He gave me something very precious, namely, the faith to continue believing in his words.
It gave me the strength and perseverance to not let go of this dream, despite the adversities and the difficult struggle. It also gave me something very special, dear people with compassion in their hearts. Because he gave me you, to make this dream come true together, and to save many children from a terrible existence.
On behalf of the board of directors of the Kades Barnea Foundation, I would like to thank you for the prayers and financial support. We want to reach more people, that’s why I want to make an appeal. Support us by letting people in your area know our vision and mission. This is how you become an ambassador of the Kades Barnea Foundation.
